Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)ResponsibilitiesInvestment Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement the investment strategy in alignment with the firm's objectivesIdentify and evaluate new investment opportunitiesConduct market research and analysis to support investment decisionsDeal Sourcing and Origination:Source and originate new investment opportunities through industry contacts, networking, and market researchBuild and maintain relationships with investment banks, brokers, and other deal sourcesEvaluate potential investments and present opportunities to the investment committeeDue Diligence:Lead due diligence efforts including financial, operational, and legal assessmentsWork with internal and external advisors to conduct thorough due diligenceDevelop investment theses and valuation modelsTransaction Execution:Negotiate and structure investment transactionsManage the drafting and review of legal documents and agreementsOversee the closing process for investmentsPortfolio Management:Monitor and manage portfolio companies to maximize value creationProvide strategic guidance and support to portfolio company management teamsDevelop and implement exit strategies to realize returns on investmentsTeam Leadership and Development:Lead and mentor junior investment professionalsFoster a collaborative and high-performance team environmentPromote continuous learning and professional development within the teamRequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

MBA or CFA preferredExperience:Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private equity or in the Healthcare industryProven track record of leading successful investments and managing portfolio companiesSkills:Strong analytical and financial modeling skillsExcellent negotiation and deal structuring capabilitiesDeep understanding of financial markets and investment strategiesExceptional leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsPersonal Attributes:High level of integrity and professionalismStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
