Our Client is seeking for an Investment Manager to join the team in Milan dedicated to mid market deals.

The company is participated by senior managers who have achieved significant results in various fields in recent years.

Responsibilities: Analysis and valuation of investment proposals, including the production of new deal summary and investment papers and financial modelling Lead appropriate financial due diligence workstreams (financial, commercial, legal etc. )

in a timely manner, liaising and working with external advisors and ensuring that all relevant information is identified and included in reports Manage and co-ordinate most activities through the entire deal process, from initial negotiations through to final implementation Management team meetings and partially lead these meetings Contribute to the deal strategy and negotiations, together with the senior management.

Education & Requirements: Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration from a Business or Engineer School 5-7 years in private equity/investment banking, with a proven investments track record Italian market experience is preferred Fluency in English and Italian Mother tongue – European languages plus Excellent knowledge of Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Bloomberg and FactSet Strong business sense with ability to understand market trends, business models and competitive landscapes Proactive and goal-oriented attitude Attention to details and prioritization skills Strong teamwork skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are considered key pre-requisite Office: Milan
