Our Client is seeking an Investment Manager to join the team in Milan dedicated to mid-market deals.

The company is participated by senior managers who have achieved significant results in various fields in recent years.

Responsibilities: Analysis and valuation of investment proposals, including the production of new deal summary and investment papers and financial modellingLead appropriate financial due diligence workstreams (financial, commercial, legal etc. )

in a timely manner, liaising and working with external advisors and ensuring that all relevant information is identified and included in reportsManage and co-ordinate most activities through the entire deal process, from initial negotiations through to final implementationManagement team meetings and partially lead these meetingsContribute to the deal strategy and negotiations, together with the senior management. Education & Requirements: Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration from a Business or Engineer School5-7 years in private equity/investment banking, with a proven investments track recordItalian market experience is preferredFluency in English and Italian Mother tongue – European languages plusExcellent knowledge of Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Bloomberg and FactSetStrong business sense with ability to understand market trends, business models and competitive landscapesProactive and goal-oriented attitudeAttention to details and prioritization skillsStrong teamwork skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are considered key pre-requisiteSeniority levelDirector
