Position: Investment Manager Workplace: Province of Bari Level: Managerial – Salary: €60k RAL Our Client A prestigious Venture Capital fund with a solid reputation in the field of innovative investments has entrusted us with the task of selecting a Head of Investment Area.

This position represents a unique opportunity for professionals with extensive experience in the sector, eager to actively contribute to the growth and development strategies of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities Research and Management of Opportunities: Identification, analysis, and management of investment and divestment opportunities, with a particular focus on estimating returns and mitigating risks.

Due Diligence and Financial Analysis: Supervision of economic and financial due diligence activities and preparation of documentation to support the decisions of the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors.

Negotiations and Contracts: Management of preliminary negotiations and definition of acquisition/divestment contracts, in collaboration with the General Management and legal consultants.

Monitoring Investments: Supervision of the performance of target companies and regular updates to the General Management and Board of Directors.

Divestment Strategy: Definition and implementation of strategies for the divestment of existing investments.

Requirements Extensive experience in the Venture Capital sector.

Strong knowledge of financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence.

Excellent negotiation skills and problem-solving attitude.

Proven ability to work in a team and interact with decision-making bodies.

Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; additional qualifications (e. g. , MBA, CFA) will be considered a plus.

Fluent English, both spoken and written (essential requirement).
