**Role Description / Key Responsibilities

- Driving CIO-related communications in Italian with other internal and external stakeholders, i. e.

regional product, communications and marketing teams

- Support of regional Head CIO and PPSS

- Monitoring and forecasting foreign economic performance as well as research and analyze economic issues, interpret market trends according to established investment process

- Compilation of our House View publications and writing articles for publications

- Supporting CIO roadshows regionally

- All the above responsibilities are shared with the Global CIO Office team.

They require a close cooperation with strategist teams, portfolio management and financial writers, but as well with the Discretionary Portfolio Management

**Skills, Education & Experience

- Work experience within the research functions in the Private Banking/ Wealth Management environment

- 3-5 years in the banking and financial services industry

- Understanding and good knowledge in global macro economics, equities, fixed income, commodities and FX

- University degree or Masters in Economics, Finance or Management

- Fluent in English

- Excellent knowledge of capital markets and respective work experience

- Good understanding of financial products

- Practitioner with a pragmatic and problem-solving approach

- Independent and accurate personality with a team approach

- Systematic and conceptual skills required

- Able to work under pressure, proactive

- Excellent communication skills

- Able to identify and interpret stakeholders' needs and requirements

- A team player and be able to work in virtual teams and matrix organizations

- Able to commit and prioritize work duties and tasks

- Able to work in fast paced environment

- Able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members

- Proficient in Excel, Bloomberg, Powerpoint, and Word
