We act as a Business Partner in Search and Selection, through our specialized units for companies and professional firms.

**Posizione**:

For our client, an investment management company, we are looking for an

**INVESTOR RELATION JUNIOR

with at least 1 year of experience and fluent in English.

They will work closely with the Investor relation team focussing on analysis and marketing activities.

The goal is to be able to deal directly with investors, estabilished and new, and manage investment opportunities.

The role is office-based in Milan, with occasional travels to other European offices.

**Activities and responsibilities

Market analysis and mapping

Marketing documents and materials, newsletters and other multimedia tools for investors

Upodating of internal and external databases

First contact with clients, queries, reporting and onboarding

Supporting the team for meetings and events

Supporting the manager preparing for investors' meetings.

**Requisiti**:

**Study**: Degree in Economics

**Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in the role/other investor related activities in similar companies or in the investment banking industry.

**Hard skills**: Strong understanding of finance and investiment.

Strong analytical skills to search the market, evaluate investments and performance.

Interest and knowledge of marketing tools and principles.

**Soft skills**: Relation-building and communication skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset.

Ability to work indipendently and to set priorities.

Proactivity and ability to rely on own judgement.

**Language skills**: Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.

Knowledge of another European language a big plus.

**IT skills**: Digital savvy with a solid knowledge of Office, especially Excel and Power Point at a proficient level.
