Investor Relations Manager
We're seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join our headquarter in Milan.
As IR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the relationship between our company and its investors and, reporting directly to Chief Investor Relations, Sustainability and Communication Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks:
- Assisting in the coordination of conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings. - Gathering insights on how the investment community perceives our company's management and financial results. - Crafting presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors. - Overseeing the investor relations section of our company website. - Keeping track of market analysis reports for our top management.
Additionally, this role will involve:
- Building relationships with the financial community and contributing to the development of our Group's financial communication strategies and guidelines. - Providing support in organizing and managing Investor Relations events and executing the Investor Relations Plan. - Managing the Investor Relations Department's agenda and calendar. - Assisting investors and financial analysts in creating studies and forecast models. - Developing financial valuation models. - Assisting in the creation of presentations and financial releases. - A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in Investor Relations. - Strong analytical skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - The ability to work in a team. - A strong initiative and a focus on innovation. - Proficiency in English is a must.
