Mission:Contribute to the execution of Investor Relations activities, in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, and related reporting. Main activities and responsibilities:Following the guidelines provided by the Head of IR, the Investor Relations Specialist has the following main responsibilities:Support in the preparation of periodic reporting materials, including press releases, investor presentations, scripts and QA;Support in the organization and management of investor events, such as earning calls, roadshows, conferences and meetings with investors;Support in managing the relationship with research analysts, investors and other stakeholders;Gather and analyze broker consensus, prepare consensus polls, and valuation metrics;Monitor financial markets, industry trends and peer activity to provide insights and recommendations to senior roles;Oversee and update the investor database, including contacts and interactions details;Support in the preparation of IR periodic reports for the senior roles and corporate bodies, including investor and analyst feedback; Disseminate press releases and other financial documents with analysts and investors;Manage the IR section of the Company's website, in coordination with the Marketing, Communication and Corporate Secretary departments. Knowledge Qualifications:Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration. Italian and English C1 level. Experience:3-5 year of experience in Investor Relations (preferably in structured and complex EPC/industrial environment). Skills and Abilities:Advanced financial analysis skills and knowledge of the main valuation methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication, listening and relational skillsAbility to multitask and to adapt to a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detailFlexible and proactive.
