- Set the overall IOT sales strategy, support each IOT product go to market; manage the monthly, quarterly, yearly and long-term business planning.
- Establish the relationship with product category's buyers in different channels; drive decisions for the product portfolio to define market opportunities and to develop a product launch and life-cycle strategy; combining strategy, planning, and P&L support, as well as day to day execution.
- Analyse data to guide/develop business planning and promotional strategy; market research and analysis to support IOT sales decision, build up the Sell In - Sell Through - Sell Out forecast and budget forecast.
- Drive commercial discussions, responsible for business sales target and manage distributors and KA Retailers good relationship to achieve the target.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales, retail and supply chain department, to lead IOT business to be succeed.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 5 years consumer electronics Sales experience.
- Acknowledge of Ecosystem's Category, good relationships with channels' charge person.
- Work proactively, always has strong learning ability, communication ability and resource integration ability, strong problem-solving skills.
- Innovative thinking ability, good at proposing better solutions, work oriented.
