Position We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our team, focusing on Io T digital products such as dashboards, cloud platforms, portals and applications. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and delivering world-class solutions that meet customer needs and align with our strategic vision. As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in defining and executing the product roadmap , leveraging market insights and competitive analysis. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle —from concept to delivery—while ensuring continuous improvement in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery and Variety. Key Responsibilities: Define and prioritize product features and initiatives for digital platforms and services , ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to bring new products to market effectively. Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Conduct market research , analyze customer feedback , and track competitor trends to inform product decisions. Act as a strategic leader for the product, ensuring a strong focus on innovation and user satisfaction. Monitor and measure product success through KPIs and adapt strategies as necessary. Requirements: Proven experience in Product Management for digital services and platforms, with a track record of delivering successful solutions. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving ambitious goals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align internal teams and external partners. Ability to find innovative approaches to problem solving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans, highly motivated and able to show initiative and accountability within a dynamic work environment Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Solid communications skills in English , both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences possessing technically diverse skillsets and backgrounds. This is a global role that requires availability to travel internationally and to collaborate effectively with distributed teams. What we offer Work-life balance : remote working and flexitime.
