This role is pivotal in driving innovation and delivering world-class solutions that meet customer needs and align with our strategic vision. As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in defining and executing theproduct roadmap, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis.
You will oversee the entireproduct lifecycle—from concept to delivery—while ensuring continuous improvement in terms ofQuality, Cost, Delivery and Variety. Key Responsibilities:Define and prioritizeproduct featuresand initiatives fordigital platforms and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to bringnew productsto market effectively.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Conductmarket research, analyzecustomer feedback, and trackcompetitor trendsto inform product decisions.
Act as a strategic leader for the product, ensuring a strongfocusoninnovationandusersatisfaction.
Monitor and measure product success throughKPIsand adapt strategies as necessary. Requirements:Proven experience inProduct Managementfor digital services and platforms, with a track record of delivering successful solutions.
Strongleadershipandteam managementskills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving ambitious goals.
Excellent communicationandstakeholder management skillsto align internal teams and external partners.
Ability to find innovative approaches to problem solving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans, highly motivated and able to show initiative andaccountabilitywithin a dynamic work environment Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Solid communications skills in English, both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences possessing technically diverse skillsets and backgrounds.
This is a global role that requiresavailability to travelinternationally and to collaborate effectively with distributed teams. What we offerWork-life balance: remote working and flexitime.
