**All about the role**:

The position is inside Global R&D Fabric Care (FC) & Dish Care (DC) - Electronic Control Development team.

The IoT Technical Leader will act as "project leader & technical reference" for connected appliances and for all projects linked with connectivity, globally, within FC and DC R&D.

**What you will do**:

- Provide technical leadership for connected product projects

- Maintains and shares a comprehensive knowledge of the connectivity system, processes and test requirements and applies it to running projects.

- Mentors technical team on connectivity system, specifically on R&D areas of influence

- Cooperate with global teams for IoT HW&SW development and interface it for new request, bugs report, and generic supports

- Manage appliance configuration file definition, implementation, testing and maintenance

- Connected products testing support and first interfaces for different R&D departments

- Connectivity interface for connected projects globally, responsible to support with all the R&D deliverables required on product design process

- Support Connectivity program manager in defining R&D connectivity technology roadmap.

**Qualifications**:

- Electronic engineering degree or equivalent experience;

- Some years of appliance product design related experience;

- Some years of appliance FW product design experience;

- Experience in web technologies and IoT product design;

- Consolidated experience in Product Development and introduction of new technologies;

- Fabric Care and Dish Care product knowledge;

- Project leader experience is a plus;

- Project Management is a plus;

- Innovation and Customer focus.
