Position Overview

- Ensure all Italian IP activities operate smoothly and align with our quality standards ;

- Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments ;

- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise ;

- Proactively manage relations with clients and internal departments, as well as the overall performance of the AQS Italia department;

- Support sales team in targeting and negotiating with Italian customer prospects;

- Participate in systems and process analysis to design innovative solutions while identifying business needs.

You will also be responsible for their implementation ;

- Supervising the work of your direct reports.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

- Intellectual Property expertise is required ;

- Fluent in English & In Italian ;

- Experience in project management disciplines, techniques and best practices is preferred;

- Ability to grasp and analyze complex concepts;

- Ability to work flexibly in a highly agile environment;

- Is self-sufficient and requires mínimal direction;

- Has a strategic vision and is proactive in providing concrete solutions;

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
