We are looking for

IQC Supervisor/Staff at our location in Asia Region - Vietnam (Hai Duong City)

Your tasks:Meeting with all other Line staff to solve all material problemsReceiving Material Quality information from Supplier and other DepartmentsMaking Material NCR report and sending it to SupplierPushing Supplier to send corrective action and 8D reportMonitoring sorting material and making sorting reportCreating material weekly and monthly quality reportsConducting Supplier quality control and managementReceiving Material PPAP, 4M, Drawing, material documents from SupplierMaking try out report for 4M change materialChecking new material and revising Incoming inspection standardsChecking inspection reports and solving related issuesRequesting and submitting Mill sheet/RoHS report 2 times/yearMaking and revising Material listMatching Control plan and FMEA of materialCreating Corrective action after auditTraining new staff as per OJT planTraining workers as per yearly plan or optional schedulePreparing & testing workers' skills and issuing certificatesPatrolling IQC line to ensure no problems ariseControlling workers in daily tasksManaging working tasks of workersMinimum Requirements:Graduated from University majoring in TechnicalEnglish communication skillsExperience in the automotive field is an advantageGood computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Hardworking, careful, and eager to learnOur offer:Attractive salaryOff 2 Saturdays & 4 Sundays per month3 days off for summer holidayBonus on Independence Day, Labor Day & Tet holidayHealth InsurancePerformance bonus based on each yearAnnual Salary IncreaseMany attractive activities: Family Day, Women's Day, Year End PartyAre you interested?
