We are looking for IQC Supervisor/Staff at our location in Asia Region - Vietnam (Hai Duong City) Your tasks: Meeting with all other Line staff to solve all material problems Receiving Material Quality information from Supplier and other Departments Making Material NCR report and sending it to Supplier Pushing Supplier to send corrective action and 8D report Monitoring sorting material and making sorting report Creating material weekly and monthly quality reports Conducting Supplier quality control and management Receiving Material PPAP, 4M, Drawing, material documents from Supplier Making try out report for 4M change material Checking new material and revising Incoming inspection standards Checking inspection reports and solving related issues Requesting and submitting Mill sheet/RoHS report 2 times/year Making and revising Material list Matching Control plan and FMEA of material Creating Corrective action after audit Training new staff as per OJT plan Training workers as per yearly plan or optional schedule Preparing & testing workers' skills and issuing certificates Patrolling IQC line to ensure no problems arise Controlling workers in daily tasks Managing working tasks of workers Minimum Requirements: Graduated from University majoring in Technical English communication skills Experience in the automotive field is an advantage Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Hardworking, careful, and eager to learn Our offer: Attractive salary Off 2 Saturdays & 4 Sundays per month 3 days off for summer holiday Bonus on Independence Day, Labor Day & Tet holiday Health Insurance Performance bonus based on each year Annual Salary Increase Many attractive activities: Family Day, Women's Day, Year End Party Are you interested?
