WHAT'S NEW AT APTAR An exciting opportunity is opening at Aptar Italia as IS Specialist, SAP QM Business THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF YOUR APTAR ADVENTURE The IS Specialist, SAP QM Business supports the end-to-end delivery of IS global application projects and major changes in their quality management processes domain, following the directions provided by their manager.

They are responsible for the delivery of significant and minor changes of Aptar IS Global applications in their quality management processes domain that support the strategic objectives of Aptar Group.

They support their team leader for process and application consistency and quality across Aptar regions and segments of their quality management processes domain.

They also support their team leader to create a positive, collaborative, result-oriented work environment.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering significant and minor changes assigned to them, following the schedule, required quality, and procedures including testing. Support their team leader for process and application consistency and quality across Aptar regions and segments. Support effort estimation for projects and changes when required. Deliver services in line with the IS Support Service Level Agreement. Support project and major changes delivery using an evidence-informed approach to improve outcomes for the business. Responsible for delivering accurate service and related documentation, keeping it up-to-date at all times. Ensure that the quality of practice meets requirements, regulations, and organizational policies and procedures. Contribute to identifying, elevating, and troubleshooting issues impacting the achievement of project objectives and continually improve services. Contribute to continuous solution improvement within Aptar. Maintain a cost-effective approach to service delivery and serve as a change agent for continuous improvement through improved/enhanced methodologies. What you will bring: Bachelor's degree and at least three to five years in a similar position. Good experience in global ERP implementation. Fluent in English. Optional skills include:SAP Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM or PM module). Developing skills like ABAP and/or Neptune. French language knowledge. SOX & GxMP Validation Knowledge.
