Analytical skills coupled with team building and problem solving competences are the key elements we are looking for, focusing on people who are willing to start a professional path in the Group.
You will be joining the team of Performance Management, Goal Setting & Data Analysis within the International Subsidiary Banks Division, dealing with finalization of dashboards and reports with high complexity as well as with dedicated analyses, contributing to the digitalization of Divisional HR processes.
You will be dealing with:
Development and finalization of HR reports and dashboardsImplementation of dedicated reports on a regular basis (monthly and quarterly)Monitoring and analysis of main dynamics to interpret HR phenomena and support the related strategic actionsSharing information and solutions by using the available toolsContribution to HR Digital Transformation projectsMoreover, you will be participating in the activities related to Performance Management processes both at Head Office and at Subsidiaries levels, in terms of:
Monitoring of KPIs, in collaboration with Divisional P&C functions, during Goal Setting and Evaluation phasesContribution to ensuring the respect of methodological frameworkTaking care of the relations and communications with all involved stakeholders What you will learnYou will learn to:

RequirementsMaster's degree in STEM disciplines or equivalent onesAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of Power BI is a plusGood knowledge of EnglishAnalytical and quantitative mindsetSensitivity and attention to HR topicsGood competence in interpreting and reading Company dynamicsOrganizational and planning skillsFlexibility and team building Recruiting processThe selection process is divided into two phases: you will carry out a digital video interview and, if successful, we will invite you to an interview with colleagues from the concerned structure.
