**Introduction**:

You could be the right person for the Human Resources Contracts & Cost Management Structure.

Activities:

- Administrative support (immigration, documentation, reporting, economic proposal, relocation, logistics and tax compliance) of the resources from the Subsidiary Banks that are seconded to Italy within the Division (Inbounds);

- Involvement in update and monitor activities about the DWH platform for the collection of personnel data, training and CSRD and provide support to local HR representatives;

- Support the monitoring of the personnel cost performance of the Division and International Subsidiaries and analyzing the consolidated data-trend and prepare periodic reporting;

- Support in updating personnel management system of competence;

- Assist the Team in monitoring monthly control of the invoices regarding the cost of the seconded personnel and monitoring of ISBD Business Trips costs.

You can establish a professional relationship with Italian and foreign Authorities on immigration topics.

You will have the possibility to master HR data collections and became the focal point for HR colleagues of ISP Subsidiary Banks.

**Requirements**:

- Good mastery of English Language (other ISBD languages are a plus)

- Good knowledge of MS Office (maninly MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
