Problem & SolvingDealer's report analysisRoot cause's identificationProtocols, videos, and pictures analysisVehicle updatesGeneral requirementsMin 2 years' experience in the automotive field (OEM, Tier1)Knowledge about vehicle diagnostic and remote diagnosticIndependent in diagnostic report analysisKnowledge about automotive networking protocols (LIN, CAN, Flexray and optical network etc…)Knowledge and proven interest in automotive electrics and electronic problem resolutionKnowledge about vehicle software updates, coding and parametrizationEnglish language is MANDATORYItalian is MANDATORYEuropean Driving licence is MANDATORYAvailability to business travels within Italy when requiredAdvanced knowledge in diagnostic tools;

General knowledge on 2D drawings and logical schematic;

Knowledge on Vector tool;

Knowledge of issues managementGeneral knowledge on vehicle's architectureGeneral knowledge on E-Power Train
