IS&T **Infrastructure Manager

IS&T Infrastructure Manager leads a team that designs, implements, and maintains all infrastructure, cloud, communications, and collaboration technologies to support day-to-day Shared Services operational requirements in alignment with strategic vision.

**Essential Functions

This role owns infrastructure technology roadmaps, operational standards, policies, and procedures

- Identify, structure, assign, and track progress of work necessary to meet goal.

- Collaborate with Shared Services leadership and other IT leaders to prioritize work and ensure that unplanned effort is effectively integrated into workstream

- Develops, maintains, and presents effective dashboards, scorecards, and reports including content for cloud services usage and performance

- Contributes to planning and overall delivery of key results that support an aligned strategic vision across the enterprise

- Partners with new and established vendors to effectively manage day-to-day operations as well as to plan and deliver fresh solutions that align with business need

- Peers with IT Service Desk, Enterprise Application Support, Information Security and Cyber Risk Management leaders to ensure effective escalation and overall flow of work across disciplines and in support of cross-team functions

- Participates in budget planning, ongoing expense management, licensing and related activities

- Maintains strong knowledge of current and emerging IT solutions and underlying technology

- Provides escalation and oversight for L3 support including incident response

- Additional projects or responsibilities as needed

**Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree preferably in computer science or similar field, or equivalent technical knowledge and experience.

- 6+ years professional IT experience within a corporate IT environment.

- 3+ years cloud administration experience.

- 2+ years demonstrated leadership of others, preferably in person as well as within a hybrid or full-remote workplace.

- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage a constantly changing workload

- Italian and strong proficiency in English

**Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in one or more of the following areas:

- Microsoft: Azure Active Directory, Azure IaaS and PaaS Solutions, O365, Security Operations, Identity & Access, Endpoint Management including Intune & Autopilot

- ITIL Foundations or related

- Project Management
