Key Responsibilities:As an IT & Operations Project Manager, you will support Infovista CIO (Chief Information Officer) and their organization in defining, orchestrating, and executing the Operations, IT and InfoSec programs, projects and plans.

As our company continues to evolve and transform, we are looking for a driven and motivated individual who will be key to taking our IT and Operations to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the information technology sector in an IT or Operations function.

The IT & Operations Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting high-quality standards. Project Planning:Orchestrate IT, InfoSec and Operations planning process and team coordination in sync with the CIODevelop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements. Define project tasks and resource requirements, ensuring effective allocation of resourcesProject Execution:Lead project teams through the execution phase, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project plan and budgetsMonitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact timelines or deliverablesFoster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholdersSupport in allocating and managing project resources, including team members, contractors, and external vendorsOperations CommitteesPrepare and lead our newly created Tech Ops Committees, the governing bodies that oversees the technology change management process for InfovistaSupport the definition, set up and coordination of Strategic Operations Committees under the CIO organizationEnsure that changes are well-considered, controlled, and aligned with project objectives and organizational goalsBudget and Risk Management:Manage project budgets, ensuring expenditures are within approved limitsIdentify and address budgetary constraints, providing regular financial reports to stakeholdersIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategiesProactively address issues as they arise to minimize project impactsStakeholder Communication:Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely mannerEstablish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersKey performance indicators:Quality and timeliness of strategic recommendationsDelivery of projects at speed & quality, including program, project management effectiveness and quality assuranceProactive attitude, structured mind, and motivation to improve IT, InfoSec & Operations team performanceComfortable working with senior colleagues and C-SuiteVery adept at working with external vendors and partnersCore competencies, knowledge, and experience:Analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner, scrum master certification or similarProficiency in Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize across a range of conflicting interests, to deal with rapidly evolving prioritiesLeadership and team management abilitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Master's degree or PMP certification is a plusKnowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and/or technology implementations2-4 years of experience as IT or Operations Project Manager in software development or consulting companies with a project-based focus and experience working with IT, R&D and/or OperationsProficient English (only language used at the company)International experience (working or studying) #J-18808-Ljbffr
