Moving a PC or peripheral from one location to another. Change:

Adding a device to a Laptop e. g.

memory, SSD;Removing kit no longer required - either to store or to disposal agent. Check location of asset. Re-asset tag and report to Service Desk. Simple LAN cable fixes, patchingDisposal of outdated equipment in compliance with all statutory disposal requirements.

This includes data wiping if requested. Inventory tracking and documentation updatesMaintain and share all relevant technical and design documents, including inventory records and keep them up-to-date;Participate on projects in the desktop area;Work with 3rd parties where selected by Mavenir;Collaborate with 3rd parties and/or other team members to ensure Mavenir strategy is being implemented;Provide user support and resolution to assigned incidents;Actively participate on team meetings;Maintain positive relationship with clients (internal or external), the remainder of the IT team and 3rd parties;Active Directory management (object creation, basic administration)OS Windows - administration, troubleshootingVPN setting and troubleshootingOffice365 basic administrationOn-going self-analysis of the efficiency of internal processes and suggesting improvements;Other responsibilities may be assigned to you on a temporary basis.
