+ 7 ansThe IT Administrator for the Luxembourg office will be responsible for supporting the company's IT infrastructure, managing systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
This role will ensure seamless connectivity and system functionality between our locations in Poland, France, and Luxembourg, and help maintain Ecowipes' high standards in information security, operational efficiency, and user support.
Network & Systems Management:Oversee local network infrastructure, including servers, routers, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity between the Luxembourg, Polish, and French offices. Maintain the integrity and performance of systems through proactive monitoring, regular updates, and troubleshooting. User Support & Training:Act as the primary contact for IT support in the Luxembourg office, handling end-user technical issues and assisting with onboarding and training on IT systems and tools. Develop user guides and conduct training sessions to enhance system adoption and user competence. Data & System Security:Implement and enforce IT security policies and practices, aligning with company protocols to protect sensitive data and safeguard the company's IT assets. Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and backups in compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Hardware & Software Management:Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals, including procurement and inventory management of IT equipment. Collaborate with IT colleagues in Poland and France to standardize software and hardware configurations. IT Project Support:Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including network expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and new system rollouts. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system support and project implementations. Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate documentation for IT procedures, configurations, and inventory. Provide regular updates to the Head of IT on system performance, issues, and project progress. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a multi-location or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, network administration, and virtualized environments (e. g. , VMware, Hyper-V). Proficiency in security best practices, with experience managing firewalls, anti-virus software, and intrusion detection systems. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and cloud-based solutions. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluent in English and French, Polish, or German is a plus.
