The company offers the client and American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning which provides heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and commercial and residential building services parts support and controls; energy services and building automation.

Position: IT Agile Scrum Master Location: Davidson NC 28036 Duration: 3 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Remote Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our IT team as an Agile Scrum Master.

This role is vital in ensuring successful and efficient delivery of projects using Agile methodologies specifically Scrum.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating collaboration communication and coordination amongst the development team as well as removing any obstacles that may impede progress.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce eCommerce projects.

Responsibilities: Act as a servant leader and facilitate the Agile Scrum process ensuring adherence to Agile principles and values.

Guide and coach the development team on Agile Scrum practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Collaborate with the product owner and development team to define and prioritize the product backlog ensuring it is wellgroomed and ready for upcoming sprints.

Remove any impediments or roadblocks that may hinder the development teams progress.

Keep stakeholders informed about project status risks and issues and facilitate effective communication between the development team and other stakeholders.

Track and report team velocity and sprint progress ensuring that sprint commitments are met.

Ensure that the development team follows Agile Scrum best practices including timeboxing iterative development and delivering working software incrementally.

Promote a culture of transparency collaboration and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies specifically Scrum and a solid track record of successfully implementing Agile practices.

Experience working in an IT environment as a Scrum Master Project Manager or equivalent role.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate and build consensus amongst team members.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fastpaced environment.

Technical proficiency in software development processes and tools.

Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA Rally or similar.
