BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a Junior Consultant interested to pursue a career as an IT Service Manager and to be involved in projects for a financial and banking client in Turin.

**IT Analyst**:

**Main activities**:

Support in the IT Governance;

Support in the IT Service Management activities;

Support in monitoring portfolio performance and quality addressing critical issues;

Support in KPI Data collection & analysis to monitor the Service level agreement (SLA);

Contribution to the production of reports and deliverable for the top management;

Contribution in planning, implementation, communication of a new workflow for ticket management and visualisation (Application Maintenance and Projects).

**Requirements**:

Bachelor's Degree;

At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role;

Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills able to communicate, influence and adapt communication at different levels of organisation;

Fluency in English and Italian;

Willingness to Business Trips to Turin.
