Joining Product & Operations IT

Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, forward-thinking & expert team composed of multiple sub streams.

The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering and supporting pioneering and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain.

When you join this team, you will work closely with the IT Product and Operations leadership team and critical business collaborators as a trusted technology partner to embed continuous innovation, work at speed and scale, develop your career in numerous directions in line with your aspirations and in a truly international and diverse context.

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

Understand the business requirements; perform analysis and translation of business requirements to technical specifications; provide solutions design, build and deploy IT solutions and services; provide maintenance and support.

- Collect business requirements for changes in processes and technical areas

- Analyze and define information and technical needs.

- Formalize scope and deliverables for technical process and changes.

- Implement the deployment and localization of the global IT system solutions

- Implement Digital Pillar activities (Align with Operations zero loss journey and boot performance by digital capabilities)

- Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT system solutions.

Fix and solve issues as they occur in day to day business

- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.

- Ensure compliance with GxP(Good Practice, "x" strands for various fields) requirements

Who we're looking for

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent

- Good command of written and spoken English

- 1-3 years of experience in Information Services / Information Technology service management

- Experience in multinational companies with preference to pharma industry and/or medical devices manufacturing especially with production planning and MES/LES Systems

- Experience in GMP, GAMP5 and CSV area would be beneficial

- Experience in ITIL and Agile frameworks are a plus
