We are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in a truly dynamic and easy-going environment. This role is responsible for the design and high-quality implementation of specific IT solutions/applications.

He/she must have very good and deep knowledge of IT systems that are best of breed to support the business process execution.

He/she deploys a specific project or supports the IT Application Manager in identifying and deploying projects or part of the projects thanks to the very good knowledge of both IT tools and business processes.

He/she works on analysis and implementation of ERP modules and applications.

He/she will liaise both with IT department and business to track and follow-on projects.

The candidate is also the ERP module and applications reference person for related business.

Key Responsibilities Benchmarking of IT solution available in the market to support specific business functions or technical tools that can improve the quality & speed of IT projects deliveryDevelop and to maintain the specific application tracking the features of the new releasesCollect and analyze the business requirements in order to define the project scope and the business case of the projectsManage Projects coordinating with IT Application ManagerContribute to the project development for specific aspects where he/she has a very deep knowledgeInternal reference point and tutor for the assigned topicsCollect and analyze business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development teamInterview, analyze documents, draw out requirements like workshops, surveys, visiting sites, developing business processes using task flow analysis and work-flow analysisUnderstanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirementsSupport and training the key users on system functionalitiesProvide suggestions to the development team during the development stage of the solution to meet customer's business needsCollect, evaluate, and compress data and information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts and differentiate between actual and required user needsDeliver results after thorough research of functional needs by collaborating and communication between various usersAcquire deep knowledge of working systems and bringing efficient and effective changes for better performanceMake sure that the recommended solution is adopted and respectedUnderstand the technical designs as well as the specificationEffectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen, and interface designs.
