This role is responsible for the design and high-quality implementation of specific IT solutions/applications. The candidate must have a deep knowledge of IT systems that support business process execution. This role involves deploying solutions as specific projects and supporting the IT Application Manager in identifying and deploying projects. The candidate will work on the analysis and implementation of ERP modules and applications, liaising with both the IT department and business to track and follow on projects.
Key Responsibilities: Benchmark IT solutions available in the market to support specific business functions or technical tools that can improve the quality/speed of IT project delivery. Develop and maintain specific applications, tracking the features of new releases. Collect and analyze business requirements to define project scope and business case. Manage projects coordinating with the IT Application Manager. Contribute to project development for specific aspects where deep knowledge is required. Act as an internal reference point and tutor about assigned topics. Collect and analyze business requirements and transfer knowledge to the development team. Conduct interviews, analyze documents, and develop business processes using task flow and workflow analysis. Understand business process management and translate requirements into software specifications. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation of IT solutions. Support and train key users on system functionalities. Provide suggestions to the development team during solution development to meet customer needs. Collect, evaluate, and compress data from multiple sources to resolve conflicts and differentiate user needs. Deliver results through thorough research of functional needs by collaborating with various users. Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and implement changes for better performance. Ensure that recommended solutions are adopted and respected. Understand technical designs and specifications. Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements. Design and execute test scripts and scenarios. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for IT projects. Act as an interface between business units, technology teams, and support teams. Manage and coordinate IT Application Specialists and Analysts. Job Requirements: Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering. Experience in project development. Knowledge of main IT solutions applicable in the business area. Understanding of business processes. Understanding of SQL. Strong experience in ERP business modules. Good experience in technical tools integrated in IT applications. At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within a complex multinational environment. Fluent in English. Advanced use of MS Office tools. Ability to self-motivate and work independently. Proactive approach. Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure. Problem-solving skills.
