- Coordinates and monitors the providers according to the business requirements and guaranteeing the respect of time, costs and performances

- In charge to oversee business reporting and integrate the reports - where feasible - in the global framework

- Analyzes data to proactively identify possible issues to be addressed to the responsible departments or the technical partner

- Oversees the data feeding and the reporting/dash-boarding process, supporting the business functions and promoting the proper use of the reporting tools

- Manages the requests by the business functions regarding new data/ reports and integrations or adaption of existing ones

- Referent for the dedicated Business Intelligence tool

- Understands technical issues/ requirements, engages and cooperate with the Group IT Provider (GOSP) to define and implement the IT Infrastructure solutions

Must have:

- Academic degree in IT or Scientific disciplines

- At least 3 years' experience in IT, Operations, Data/ Reporting functions

- Strong problem-solving attitude

- Interpersonal, communication and multi-cultural skills

- English fluently, international minded

Nice to have:

- Good functional skills and understanding of the overall Investment's and Asset Management process

- Familiar with financial, real estate or asset management business

- Experience in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, )

- Team working

- Good negotiation skills with internal and externals counterparts, ability to build up trustful relationships in a multi-national context in a client-centric way

- Proactivity and ability to reduce complexity and to find pragmatic solutions

- French, Italian, German skills
