Responsibilities will include analysis, configuration, and maintenance of the company's ERP software (SAP) and other departmental applications (e. g. , CRM, Business Intelligence, MES, etc. ). The resource will have the opportunity to oversee assigned projects from analysis, solution design, implementation, and coordination of testing activities. When necessary, they will support users in resolving issues, providing appropriate training, and liaising with suppliers and external consultants as needed.
