**Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall success of the technical solution from construction, implementation and system integration in a technology, industry or business specialty.

Deliver new and complex high quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements.

Tasks will include the implementation and design of Optimization and Transformation Mainframe projects, with particular focus on:

- Ability to define target Mainframe Architecture, with particular attention to Mainframe Offloading opportunities to Cloud environments.

- High Knowledge of Mainframe technologies for Cloud migration, leveraging on Hyperscaler capabilities.

- Application Modernization Project, that will include Knowledge of Microfocus suite.

- Leading Mainframe projects end to end, from the Solution to the Delivery Phas.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Italian speaker.

- Strong understanding of z/OS technologies to be applied into complex projects.

- Experience into Mainframe software and platform upgrade.

- Experience in Mainframe Offloading projects.

- Experience into Microsof Azure architecture design.

- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

- Strong system design background.

- Able to navigate fast paced and rapidly evolving environments.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements.

- Experience into Microfocus Suite.

- Mainframe Application Skills.

- IBM z/OS Professional Certificate.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- AWS, GCP - z/OS Subsystems (CICS, MQ, DB2)

**Required Education

High School Diploma/GED

Master's Degree
