Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the IT Department in delivering IT support both to guests and colleagues. Assist the IT Department in delivering audio-visual dedicated services and support. Assist with SOPs and inventory tasks. Categorize IT needs requests. Support the admin tasks of the IT Department. Follow up on any project tasks and security operations. Requirements:Computer and electronic skills. Solid knowledge of using PCs, laptops, and Office suite. Proficiency in English. Attention to detail. Able to work flexible hours and sometimes on weekends and holidays. Time-management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
