Offerta The ideal candidate will be focused on the analysis of complex business needs, the design of innovative solutions, and the implementation of successful technology-driven initiatives. In particular, the candidate will:

Identify and assess business requirements to develop strategic technology solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Analysts to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Translate business needs into precise technical specifications, including market protocol mappings, database design, and workflow automation. Conduct thorough data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize processes. Partner with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to develop and refine test scenarios. Work closely with project managers and software developers to design, implement, and refine solutions. Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation through continuous collaboration with QA and development teams. Prepare and present detailed technical reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry advancements to enhance business solutions. Competenze ed esperienza Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with expertise in driving project implementations via Agile methodologies. Prior experience in software implementation within a bank, brokerage firm, or financial software provider is highly preferred. Strong ability to analyze and interpret interface protocols, including FIX and API-based integrations. In-depth knowledge of business processes and practices within the financial services sector. Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and workflow design. Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluency in both English and Italian (written and verbal) is essential.
