Your Mission

Independently manage the implementation of projects and changes activities in the Supply Chain and Procurement areas by proactively collaborating with the Suppliers and coordinating the Business in carrying out its duties.

He contributes to the management and improvement of IT services in order to meet the demand of Internal Customers (Procurement and Supply Chain Departments).

Manage the relationship and communication with stakeholders, ensuring that the activities are delivered in compliance

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Your ContributionsAnalyze system improvement in agreement with key users in such a way as to be able to intervene without major complications on the information system by adapting the software functions to business needs Implement solutions independently or in collaboration with external consultants

Identify and mitigate potential risks, manage and adapt any changes within the project.

Manage the roll out of projects in different countries

Supervise the correct functioning of the system, periodically checking for anomalies and missing information

Ensure business system implications are communicated to the business

Collaborate proactively in the management of Incidents and Problems

Manage and implement user access policies

Carrie out the validation tests of the system and participates in the Internal and External Audit programs

Organize and manage training courses for key users

Perform data management activities

Day to day support and maintenance of the production environment including system monitoring

Ensure that the process designs comply with requirements, established methodologies, and best practices

Participate in process mapping, including process flows, data flow diagrams

**Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility**:

- You- Education- Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Specialization- ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience working with Jagger, Tesi or Sedapta

- Technical CompetenciesJagger (Procure to Pay, Source to Contract )

Knowledge of the main functions of integration with ERP SAP

Good knowledge of the supply chain process

Good knowledge of the procurement process

Knowledge of software validation best practices (GAMP Example 5)

Knowledge of the Project Management process

Knowledge of the IT Service Management process
