YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESEvaluate, analyze and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate partiesConduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problemsDevelop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendationsDetermine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usabilityAuthor and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentationIdentify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time dataLead the technical business processes, by developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levelsCreate and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levelsPerform, evaluate and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems developmentYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor's degree in information technology or computer sciencePrevious years of experience in IT department and in data visualizationStrong working knowledge of relevant ERP, CRM, BI, and Enterprise Content-Management-System-Application including programming languages to build up, support and maintain the interfaces between the applicationsCustomer and service-oriented mindsetHigh proficiency in technical writing and in managing projects and user testingGood knowledge of English, German and/or ItalianOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits
