- As a Business Analyst you will be the local (Italy, Greece and Israel) lead for Sales Process, Data Analytics and Reporting solutions.
- The main focus within IS at RB is to implement common business systems/solutions to deliver synergy, cost savings and drive the business forward.
- RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide technical expertise and, where required leadership, to the business on projects/initiatives involving assessment, design, development and implementation of Sales Solution and Analytic solutions.
- Work in multi-functional teams as the representative of the IS function.
In this capacity, the Business Analyst will possess detailed knowledge of the technical aspects of a project (Sales and analytics solution) but also an understanding of the broader business objectives (commercial/financial, consumer, supply services and customer business functions).
- Lead system/reporting analysis, design, testing, and documentation for BI and analytic solutions across all business functions.
- As IS projects are scoped, participate in the effort to identify potential solutions (hardware considerations, purchased software options, internal software and development options).
- Support efforts to program, test, and implement projects and enhancements.
- Supervise the efforts of external and internal programmer resources/vendors, as required.
- Maintain state of the art business and technological knowledge to enable the constant improvement of information systems.
- Provide support to troubleshoot any issues on Sales System, Data and reporting solutions.
- Ensure that all system security and control procedures are implemented and followed per change and incident Management RB protocols.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience in a fast paced commercial environment
- Practical experience of leading projects for implementing Sales System, analytic and reporting solutions
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
)
- Project Management and the ability to consistently managing deadlines and planning tasks across multiple resources and work streams.
