FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including around 50 sales companies, more than 3. 600 employees worldwide and 18 production sites, is looking for an IT Business Analyst - SAP SD within our Information & Digital Technology Services department. The successful candidate will be working closely with the other Business Analysts, with specific focus on SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module; in particular designing, implementing and deploying SAP solutions to support the business on the daily requests and projects. The position is based in our HQ in Zola Predosa (BO), with possibility of hybrid working. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and understand business requirements of Sales and Logistics functionsSuggest and design solutions for Sales and Logistic different scenariosSupport HQ and/or subsidiaries projects related to SAPPerforming root cause analysis, analyzing technical and functional requirements, and preparing functional specificationsSolve issues coming from daily use of applications (helpdesk and maintenance)Support business stakeholders and partners in the requirements gathering, solution definition, user acceptance testing and deploymentLiaising with other IT Teams to manage enhancements and SAP initiativesKey RequirementsAcademic background in Information Technologies and/or Management EngineeringAt least 2 years of working experience on SAP SD moduleExperience on other SAP module (MM, PP. . . ) will be considered a plusFluency in EnglishAvailability to travelStrong analytical skills and attention to detailsExtended problem solving skillsGood interpersonal skills and understanding of the internal clientAt FAAC Technologies, our commitment to equality and inclusion reflects our intention to cultivate a work environment that acknowledges and values the uniqueness of each individual and embraces diversity in all its forms.
