It-Business Analytics & Insights Analyst
roles and responsibilities**:
- Being part of the discussions on analytical problems between local and corporate organization and within local organization (marketing, sales, medical, access ).
You support and contribute to the preparation of actions on all data, analytics and performance topics by bridging technical expertise with operational expertise/commercial business.
- Support and consult the local organisation to collect, refine and prioritize business hypothesis and any new developments
- Actively conduct new analysis to enhance the foundation for data-driven, best-in class customer experience, e. g.
improve omnichannel performance through increasingly personalized campaigns and higher segmentation accuracy.
- Identify ways to capture new data (e. g. , CRM, sensors), clear organizational hurdles to gain access to data and forge partnerships with 3rd party data providers
- Supports campaign/product owners and data scientists in defining and implementing campaign/tactic/platform specific KPIs and performance tracking metrics.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: active participation to budget process, providing Sales inputs, assumptions development and building long term forecasting models
- Insights generation: market research implementation, in-depth analysis provided to Marketing, Sales and Leadership Team, underlying market dynamics of whole portfolio
- Support design and implementation of sales force incentive schemes, target setting and calculate/monitor performance
**Professional experience & Education**:
- University degree in Technology or Innovation Management, Information Design, Business Informatics, Economics, STEM or comparable degree ;
- 3-5 years experience in business analytics team within pharma Companies or management consultancy
**Requirements**:
- Comfortable with conducting exploratory data analyses with analytics tools
- Strong acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages, manage expectations and trade offs to various business stakeholders
- Strong problem solver with ability to push the solution and progress
- High level of commitment, collaboration and an integrative personality
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel, Power Point)
- Preferred experience with Power BI will be considered a plus
- Excellent language proficiency in English
