? ? As an IT Business Manager at IVY Partners: ? ? Understanding Clients' Needs & Business Development Analyze the strategic challenges and needs of your clients and prospects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Proactively promote our Business Unit and group offerings.

? ? Account & Team Management Oversee the commercial and operational development of your client portfolio, ensuring a clear account mapping.

Identify and mobilize the necessary resources to ensure smooth service delivery, in collaboration with operational teams.

Monitor project execution and ensure client satisfaction.

? ? Talent Acquisition & People Management Recruit, mentor, and support the career development of your team members.

Ensure continuous follow-up: career management, training plans, mission tracking, and performance reviews.

Maximize the staffing rate by aligning team competencies with market opportunities.

? ? Financial Management Manage the financial performance of your portfolio and optimize profitability (P&L management).

? ? About you!

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Strong knowledge of the IT ecosystem within the Industry and Services sectors.

Proven ability to identify and seize business opportunities.

Recognized leadership skills and ability to engage and inspire teams.

You have a first experience in a strategic and/or digital transformation consultancy environment, with experience in IT You are fluent in both Italian and English ? ?
