Reporting to the CIO, you will be IT Business Partner for Product Supply and Sourcing.

This will include team management, managing projects, ensuring business continuity, vendor management activities and enabling the strategic development of Product Supply and Sourcing

**Your Mission**:

In this is a highly visible role you will work in partnership with Product Supply and Sourcing business team, guaranteeing the business continuity, developing, and delivering value added services, while defining and developing IT strategic directions, promoting Digitalization, Innovation and Security in line with Business vision, missions, and objectives.

- Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization with strong communication and presentation skills.

- Strong problem solver, with a highly collaborative approach.

- Inspiring and motivational leading abilities.

**Level of education and languages**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant discipline

- 7+ years Successful experience in similar roles

- Experience people/resource managerial skills

- Experience with SAP / S4H Production Planning, Material Management, EWM, Plant Maintenance modules.

- Experience in MES, SAP MII, SAP Ariba

- Experience with Manufacturing and Supply chain processes

- Fluent English is a must, Italian and French languages will be advantage
