IT Business Process Consulting - EDI (M/F/d) for the branch in Bolzano or Verona
We are looking for an IT Business Process Consulting - EDI to join our team and oversee the contact, analysis, documentation and testing of interfaces, both EDI and API, with our Customers, Suppliers and Partners. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our data exchange and integration processes, as well as managing the relationships and expectations with individual Division Heads. You will also manage and negotiate with IT suppliers and coordinate the work plans and priorities with stakeholders. You will report to the IT Director and work closely with other IT teams and business units.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact, analyze, document and test interfaces, both EDI and API, with Customers, Suppliers and Partners
- Maintain relationships and expectations with individual Division Heads
- Manage and negotiate with IT suppliers
- Management of work plans and definition of priorities with stakeholders
- Monitor and troubleshoot interface issues and incidents
- Ensure compliance with interface policies and standards
- Provide training and support to interface users and stakeholders
- Evaluate and recommend interface improvements and innovations
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in interface management or development
- Proficient in various interface technologies and standards, such as EDI, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, etc.
- Familiar with interface tools and platforms, such as Lobster, Seeburger, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in English and Italian; German will be a plus.
