It Contact Center Business Analyst
JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The EssilorLuxottica Contact Center solution needs to be evolved in order to support global scalability across geographies and banners and to innovate the customer experience.
A new roamap is under definition with the main objectives to evolve the current contact center footprint, harmonize technology and to guarantee the centralization.
He/She will support the definition of tech requirements and processes of global solution working together with business organization and coordinate and govern the activities across different streams.
**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES
- He/She is a point of contact for the business stakeholders to manage the project activities and prioritization
- He/She coordinate involved vendors for the activities under the IT responsibility keeping under control the alignment to the expected scope, timing and budget
- He/She is responsible of project documentation and integrated plan definition including technical meeting organization
- He/She coordinates requirements and technical design definition across different parties
