It Contact Center Solution Architect
JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The EssilorLuxottica Contact Center landscape is leveraging on Genesys Cloud solution to implement a global centralized architecture able to manage all interactions channels across brand and geographies.
A new roamap is under definition with the main objectives to evolve the current contact center footprint, harmonize technology and guaranteeing the centralization.
He/She will actively contribute to the definition and development from a technical stand point of new centralized contact center architecture.
**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES
- Design and implement realiable, scalable, robust and extensible Glonsl Contact center solutions and required integrations flows
- Assess existing architecture sand define the proper roadmap to migrate to the centerl solution
- Establish solid design and best engineering practices
- Implement a monitoring and alerting system
- Vendor management across project phases
