**About the Role**:

We are currently looking in Italy for a Contract Management specialist to the be part of the Service Management organization and he/she will report to Service Management Global Governance and Handover Management head.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- You will constantly cooperate with Ferrero Global and Regional Service Managers supporting them in the contracts understanding and Provider's performance analysis based on contracts terms and condition

- You will be responsible to define and implement the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Outsourced Services in cooperation with Service Managers, CoEs and Legal teams.

- You will support the Service Manager in the execution of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Outsourced Services.

- You will support the Service Managers in the Contract renewals of the Services, ensuring compliance with the planned budget and ensuring, at the end of the contractual period, the calculation of the Balance based on KPIs penalties, bonus and fees presents in contractual clauses.

- You will attend at the periodical Service update status meetings interacting with the external Providers and monitoring that Service operates as contractually defined, proposing solutions in the case of deltas.

- You will support the Change Control Board in the validation of the Service Variations

- You will execute the reporting and forecasting process of the IT budget of the Global Service Management ensuring the actual costs are in line with planning, acting in case of deltas and reporting the appropriate justifications.

**Who we are looking for**:

- A graduate in IT or Engineering or Business Management, with ITIL certification

- A professional with knowledge on IT Service Management

- Experiences on Contract Management

- A professional open to challenges and able to work in a dynamic and international work-team

- Experienced in international companies with central HQ / Service company

- Proficiency in English.

Other languages will be considered as a plus (Italian, German, Spanish, etc.

)

- A person available for international mobility
