Since 1991, Alfamation has been a leading company in creating and producing solution and test systems for the electronics, automotive, microelectronics, and optoelectronics sectors. Since 2024, it has been part of the electronics division of inTEST Corporation, a multinational group listed on the stock exchange and based in New Jersey. In a technological and innovative context, we designed and developed customized tools and test solutions for our customers from the initial definition of requirements to after-sales service. For our Monza site, we are looking for an IT Coordinator. This role will sit at the Alfamation location but be a part the larger IT team at the parent organization inTEST.

Reporting to the Corporate Vice President, IT and Cyber Security, you will be responsible for:Leading the implementation of the ERP system (Odoo) and serve as the in-house expert post-implementationManaging and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and wireless networksInstalling, configuring, and maintaining networking hardware and softwareWorking with and implementing the policies/processes of the corporate organizationEnsuring system security, data protection, and network reliability through appropriate backup systems, firewalls, and monitoring toolsManaging the IT helpdesk, providing support for internal users, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking, and implementing best practices for end-user support, ensuring timely responses and issue resolutionOverseeing risk assessments and ensuring that the organization complies with ISO 27001 standards for information security, conduct regular internal audits, and working closely with external auditors to ensure continued ISO 27001 certificationContinuously assessing the organization's IT needs, recommending technology solutions and improvements to optimize business performance. Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)Strong background in ERP implementationProven experience in project managementStrong knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, etc.

)Experience with ISO 27001, NIS2 & GDPRExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teamsProblem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyFluency in EnglishAvailability to travel occasionallyPreferred Skills:Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft (MCSA), CompTIA (Network+), or equivalentExperience with cloud solutions (e. g. , AWS, Azure) and virtual environmentsKnowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools or data analytics platformsFamiliarity with cybersecurity best practices and toolsAdditional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus
