We are looking for an** IT Coordinator** who, referring to the Head of Process Excellence & Procurement, will progressively have the **responsibility to coordinate the IT Department in all its aspects first**, up to assuming its entire responsibility.

**Your Duties & Responsibilities

As part of the team, you will have the responsibility of:

- **Coordinate** both an external outsourcer and an internal resource on the IT Help Desk tasks (Incident & Problem Management)

- **learning the internal information flows**, in that way being able to better evaluate the most effective actions and developments

**Education & Experience**:

- **IT technical training** (Computer Science diploma or Engineering Management degree) or equivalent

- **+5 years of experience in a digital consulting/advisory firm**:

- Previous experience in the implementation of ERP and/or CRM (Microsoft would be a plus)

- **Ambition to grow and progressively coordinate both external suppliers and internal resources**:

- Good knowledge of the **English language**:

- Good knowledge of **Office suite**:
