- Organize and coordinate team work

- Experience in the deployment of workstations (staging, configuration and data transfer, etc.

**Your Tasks**:

We are looking for a team leader on customer site, based in Milan (Bicocca area) with the following responsiblities:

- manage a team of 6 to 7 collaborators.

- Be the direct interface between system integrator and the technical resources (deployment engineer).

- Be the direct contact with the final customer.

- Ensure that only the actions defined by system integrator and customer are carried out by the technicians.

- Report all the requests of the final customer.

- Produce a weekly report on the progress and problems encountered.

- Be the technical referent of the deployment technicians, as well as the trainer of the new recruits.

- Backup a resource that is absent or sick.

- Ensure the quality control of the administrative and productive tasks of the deployment engineers.
