We are looking for a person to join our IT & Business Development team as IT Corporate Applications & AI Intern, hybrid based in our vibrant HQ headquarter of Milan. Main activities:Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects and supporting the Corporate Applications and AI Coordinator to manage applications implementation configurations and maintenance, taking care of integration business processes. Contributing to Corporate Applications continuous improvement, standardizing as well as enhancing system reliability, performance and securityMaking recommendations and proposing new solutions to always ensure the system supports business processes in the most efficient and effective wayParticipate in project meetings, documenting key takeaways, actions, and next steps and support communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders (external providers involved in Corporate Applications development, customization and maintenance). Support in creating and maintaining project timelines, schedules, and task assignments. Addressing any issues or problems related to SAP ERP and external systems (SO99+ for demand/network planning, HR platforms, BOT for automated processes, Travel Expenses Portal, Vendor portal, Electronic Invoices)Initiating the adoption of simple Generative AI tools and managing the cultural change associated with this transitionRequirements:Master's degree in Engineering/Economy/Computer Science or equivalentFamiliarity with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning systemsGood knowledge of Office 365 tools as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookProactivity, flexibility, determinationFluent knowledge of EnglishNice to have:Familiarity with technology in generalCuriosity about Artificial IntelligenceTraining Objectives:By the end of the internship you will be able to. . .
