We're looking for a IT CRM Project Manager based in Milan to contribute to our proud legacy and help shape our vibrant future. Basic purpose of the JobYou'll lead the solution design, delivery, and operations of CVM applications, with particular focus on CRM & Marketing Automation. In this role, you will:Design and lead the implementation of the Dynamics CRM & Marketing Automation solution according to the overall digital vision and target architecture;Gather business requirements necessary for the development or configuration of application software projects, from requirement analysis to delivery and post-delivery support;Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure systems and programs are tested and debugged;Responsible for the technical analysis and holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies, cross-domain APIs, and technical enablers/stories;Analyse, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies;Define technical stories to enable business capabilities, fostering re-use of existing components, and accept technical features following demos;Provide technical guidance to software engineers to ensure alignment;Ensure compliance with technology guidelines (e. g. , tech security);Monitor and collect data on system performance;Assist and train team members;Organize project activities, define project timelines, tasks, and suppliers. What makes you, makes our teamFor this role, we're looking for someone with:3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Dynamics CRM Solution Architect or similar role;Extensive knowledge of Dynamics CRM and Marketing Automation;Extensive exposure to multiple technologies and processing environments;Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, and BDD;Solution architecture and design;Feasibility analysis;Business capability/customer journey architecture governance in agile software delivery;Technical enablers, integration APIs, and detailed technical and operational story design;Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with high levels of creativity;Excellent relationship building, teamwork, and collaboration skills that enable effective support and guidance across multiple DevOps teams;Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields;Fluent in English;Luxury and fashion background is appreciated.
