- Master's degree or in Engineering, Math, Statistics, and Physics, or equivalent work experience.

- +3 years of experience in Analytics embedded in Business organizations.

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, i. e. , Power BI

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel advanced tools (Power Query, Power Visual, Power Pivot).

- Fluent in English and Italian

**Position Summary

**A day in the life of a Data Analyst

You'll be responsible for using analytics to provide robust modeling and measurements of key levers of our strategies, providing guidance on how to optimize investments or to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.

As part of this role you will need to:

- Partner with stakeholders to build and deliver a portfolio of advanced analytics initiatives.

- Work closely with Market functions, Globally and Regionally Managed teams, and Above Market entities to identify and answer business problems/questions using appropriate modeling techniques on available data.

- Conduct end-to-end analyses - work that includes requirements specification, data gathering from various data storage platforms, data processing tasks, various data analysis and modeling techniques, ongoing business deliverables and internal customer presentations.

- Design and execute analytical projects in collaboration with business, data engineering, and other specialists.

- Partner with data engineers to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights.

- Build accurate and timely reports and self-service dashboards.

**What Will Make You Successful

- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to details.

- Ability to analyze, model and interpret data

- Knowledge of ETL procedures - both on-premises and on cloud - will be considered an asset, especially if matured using the full stack of Microsoft BI tools.

- Experience in cloud-based agile, DevOps experience will be considered an asset.

- Ability to interpret data and explain business performance in an easy-to-understand way that tells a story to key stakeholders.
